Return & Refund Policy – JaiDee Grace
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
⚠ Important: As we operate via dropshipping, returns must be sent directly to our supplier’s warehouse address — not to our business address. This address will be provided by our customer service team once your return request is approved.
To request a return, contact us at nimsuaysuay@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Earrings and other pierced jewellery
Custom or personalised items
Clearance sale items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund after review
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at nimsuaysuay@gmail.com.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, your order may already be processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
